• At least 12 months of hospitality or customer service experience
• A genuine passion for people and great service
• Confidence in taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments
• A team‑first attitude – you’ll be joining a crew that loves what they do
• Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol (RSA)
• The ability to stay cool under pressure and keep the vibe positive
