$80,000 - $90,000 Annual

CHEF required on a full time basis for our 2 venues in Kew : Town and Country - Home - Garden - Cafe  and Crudo Warehouse.

Town and Country operates as a day time licensed Cafe, and hopefully as a Wine Bar Friday and Saturday evenings soon. 

Crudo Warehouse is our event/ functions venue, with its own kitchen and bar for all types of events from sit down events for 100p to cocktail style events for 150p. 

We are looking for dedicated and skilled culinary professionals to join our team. You must be committed to exceeding our customers expectations while contributing to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

Leading and managing kitchen operations during shifts, contributing to menu development, preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, and ensuring exceptional food presentation and quality control.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef in a busy cafe, restaurant, hote, or similar fast paced environment 
  • Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for creating great food
  • The ability to work efficiently and professionally under pressure
  • A team focused attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Relevant culinary qualifications ( Commercial Cookery Certificate III or IV or Diploma)
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene

The successful candidate will be offered: 

A competitive salary based on experience, with opportunities for growth as the business evolves. The annual salary range is : $80,000 - $90,000 plus superannuation.
