We are seeking kitchen staff member for Sushi & Yatai, the leading high-quality Japanese cuisine shop in Melbourne.

We are

• Ensuring the quality and freshness of ingredients
• Collaborating with innovative modern style sushi and traditional sushi making
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Required skills:

• 1 year experience in a Japanese/Asian restaurant
• 1 year experience in making sushi nigiri/rolls
• 1 year experience in filleting fish
• Experience providing a high level of customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail • Flexible personality with a can-do attitude
• Future-oriented mindset •Excellent communication skills.
