Head Barista Manager – MA Blend Cafe, Laverton North

MA Blend Cafe is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head Barista Manager to join our growing team in Laverton North.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate coffee professional with strong leadership skills who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service and managing daily café operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the café front-of-house team

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages consistently

• Train and develop baristas and customer service staff

• Manage daily café operations and workflow

• Maintain excellent customer service standards

• Monitor stock levels and place orders when required

• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and workplace health and safety standards are maintained

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Barista in a busy café environment

• Previous leadership or management experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, extraction, and latte art

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Must have own transport

• Must be available Monday to Friday

• Must have full-time working rights in Australia
