We’re seeking a driven and experienced Supervisor to join the team at Lower Plenty Hotel, one of Melbourne’s most iconic hospitality venues. 

With one year experience, this is a casual position that requires full availability, this includes mornings, mid shifts, nights, weekends and graveyards without exception.

About the role:

Our team takes great pride in our venue and consider hospitality a fun but serious business.

We are looking for a service champion who enjoys the daily meet and greet welcoming everyone who walks through our doors, someone who creates a warm, friendly and inviting environment leaving our clients wanting to come back. That’s the fun side of the role.

Serious side is having the ability to comprehend and comply with gaming regulations and guidelines as well as our company policies. You will be required to take initiative and responsibility, be proactive in supporting our team culture and passion for providing the best customer experience possible through a great work ethic. Reliability is paramount.

 Non- Negotiables:

·         Current Victorian Gaming License (RSG)

·         Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

·         Current National Police Check (not more that 2 months old)

·         Current Victorian Drivers Licence

·         Two years experience in a gaming room with full knowledge of Titto, Manual Payouts, Your Play, System One

·         References from your previous gaming experience and employers
