• 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role

We are seeking a part time, skilled Barista/all-rounder with a minimum of 1 years’ experience to produce quality coffee and service at our community cafe in Ringwood East where the majority of customers that reside in this area are more of a mature age. We have a great, friendly atmosphere, amazing, loyal customers and a really nice work place environment.

Ideally candidates should:

- Be available minimum 3 days a week including weekends

- Have 1 years barista experience in high paced café

- Be professional and reliable

- Be passionate about coffee and customer service

- Have great latte art skills

- Be flexible with hours

- Be fast, hardworking, enthusiastic and have an outgoing and bubbly personality

- Have great customer service skills.

- Must be fluent in English
