• More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: $30 - $39 per hour

The successful applicant for the BARISTA role should have the following attributes:

• Worked in high volume specialty café as a barista for at least 3 years.

• Have a thorough understanding of coffee origins, brew methods and service.
 Consistent latte art. Advanced latte art skills preferred.

• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adjust. 


• Work well in a team. 


• Hold high standards in the integrity and presentation of their work. 


• Ability to foster customer loyalty and rapport.

• Well-presented, hard working, reliable and punctual.
