We are looking for a friendly and energetic Front of House/ Wait staff to join us in our Hawthorn location. As part of the Firebox Pizza Team, you'll help us create brilliant experiences to our customers. From amazing customer service, team working and friendly attitude  you'll be responsible for assisting us in bringing our product to life in ways that are truly inspiring.

What we're looking for:

• Outgoing and approachable personality

• Able to perform well under pressure

• Ability to multitask and work in a really fast paced environment

• Basic computer skills and capability of learning Point of Sales and EFTPOS machine operation

• Advanced English skills

• RSA certificate

• Capability of maintaining a clean, tidy and organised work station

• Good communication skills and great ability to work as part of a team

• Happy and outgoing personality and a can do attitude

• Must be able and willing to work rotating roster including weekend & public holidays

What you'll do:

• Set up the store according to our list of procedures

• Customer service and selling our food & beverage products

• Use POS and Eftpos machines as well as conduct cash transactions

• Understand and suggest our menu items to customers

• Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality

• Show customers to their seats and present our variety of menu options

• Advise on the best food and drink choices for each customer and answer questions

• Take orders and deliver them to the table deftly and accurately

• Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards

• Work with other staff as a team

• Assist other chefs as needed during food preparation and service
