EXPERIENCED CHEF / BRUNCH COOK WANTED – ENO GARDEN (Balwyn North)

Working Days: Monday & Tuesday Saturday & Sunday (Half Day)

About the Role: We are a busy café serving Western brunch and coffee, looking for someone who is confident in running the kitchen independently and maintaining high food quality during service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Western café, brunch kitchen, or restaurant

• Ability to independently manage and operate the kitchen

• Able to handle busy service and prepare meals for 10+ customers at the same time

• Strong knowledge of brunch food preparation and kitchen workflow

• Good time management and ability to work under pressure

• High standard of food hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation

• Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player

• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Must have valid working rights / legal work visa in Australia
