Requirements for this role:

• More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role

1. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.) to the cafe’s standards.

2. Dial in grinders, maintain consistency in coffee extraction, and ensure optimal taste and prpresentation.

3. Create latte art and customize drinks based on customer preferences.

4. Maintain and clean coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure hygiene and functionality.

5. Provide exceptional customer service, including taking orders, answering questions, and handling customer inquiries with a friendly demeanor.

6. Operate the POS system, process payments, and manage cash handling accurately.

7. Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation as needed (e.g., sandwiches, pastries, or light meals).

8. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including front-of-house areas, tables, and service counters.

9. Support stock management, including restocking supplies, checking inventory, and receiving deliveries.

10. Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the cafe is ready for service or securely closed.

11. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
