💡 About the Role

As a valued member of our crèche team, you’ll provide a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for children while their parents enjoy the gym. You’ll plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and physical development — all while ensuring the crèche remains clean, organised, and welcoming.

Availability: Monday to Friday between 8:00am – 12:00pm

🧸 Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and care for children, ensuring safety and wellbeing at all times

  • Create and lead fun, play-based learning activities (arts, crafts, games, storytime, etc.)

  • Communicate positively with parents and guardians

  • Keep accurate attendance and incident records

  • Maintain a clean, hygienic environment and sanitise toys regularly

  • Provide basic first aid and follow emergency procedures as needed

  • Support the wider club team with general tidying and teamwork

🎓 What You’ll Bring

  • Cert III in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent)

  • A caring nature and genuine passion for working with children

  • Positive, energetic, and reliable attitude

  • Ability to create age-appropriate, engaging activities

  • Valid First Aid & CPR certification

  • Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)

  • Availability Monday–Friday, 8am–12pm

  • Flexibility to cover occasional extra shifts if required
