The Role
You own your section. From first cover to last, the standard is yours to hold.
Day to day, you will be:

• Running your section with ownership and consistency across every service
• Guide guests through the full dining experience with confidence and genuine warmth
• Deliver menu and beverage knowledge with command - food literacy and wine awareness expected
• Share provenance and product stories at the table in a way that feels natural, not scripted
• Work closely with the team to ensure service is seamless from open to close
• Hold a standard in every interaction that reflects the quality of the room

Casual and full-time positions available. Based at Capitol Grand, South Yarra.

Who We're Looking For
We want someone who has worked in fine dining and brings that experience with them from day one. Someone who reads the room before they enter it and holds their section to a standard without being asked.
You will fit right in if you bring:

• Front-of-house experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality
• Strong food and beverage knowledge across menu and wine
• A professional manner and genuine ease with discerning guests
• Composure under pressure and consistency across every service
• A current RSA

And the non-negotiables - you understand that at this level the details are everything, you hold the standard even when no one is watching, and you believe the guest experience is the result of every decision you make on the floor.
