Experienced COOK WANTED

At Shine DBC Pty Ltd, we are currently seeking a talented Cook to join our team.

 

The Roles & Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

·        Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a high standard

·        Developing new and innovative recipes

·        Ensuring that food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times

·        Managing inventory and ordering supplies. Stock control and Stock Rotation

·        Collaborating with other members of the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

 

The position Requires;

·        Previous experience (at least 1 year) in a similar role with references

·        Must be fully available over a 5-day roster

·        Be able to work under pressure

·        Be a team player

·        Highly organized and efficient

·        Strong leadership abilities

·        Understanding of menu and recipe development techniques

 

The candidate must also have strong communication skills and show attention to detail and be well presented and punctual.
