Section Waiter – Liar Liar Japanese Restaurant & Bar

We are looking for a professional Section Waiter who thrives in a fast-paced, premium environment and takes pride in delivering unforgettable guest experiences (as well as table side experiences).

About the Role

You will manage your own section and deliver attentive, knowledgeable service while guiding guests through our menu of Japanese dishes, premium sake, cocktails and spirits.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with guests, upselling premium products, and working in a vibrant team environment leading guests into the final state of the night, the afterparty (Friday's & Saturday's) .

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and ingredients
• Solid understanding of sake, Japanese whisky and spirits
• Experience working as a section waiter in a busy restaurant
• Exceptional attention to detail and service standards
• Confident in wine and sake recommendations
• A professional, energetic and charismatic personality
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-energy venue
