PICKLEHOLIC is looking for a friendly and reliable casual front desk staff member to join our team.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys meeting people, being around sport, and helping create a fun and welcoming environment for our pickleball community.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Welcome customers and help them check in.
Answer phone calls, emails, and booking enquiries.
Take bookings and payments through Playbypoint and Square.
Help keep the venue clean, organised, and ready for customers.
Run social plays, tournaments, and events.
Support customers with basic questions about bookings, equipment, and the pro-shop.
Promote good sportsmanship, good vibes, and a great customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Friendly, positive, and easy to talk to.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to help.
Clean, sporty, and presentable.
Willing to learn basic pickleball rules, venue procedures, and booking systems.
Available for casual shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Strong Advantage:
Knowledge of pickleball or experience playing pickleball.
Previous experience in a sports centre, front desk, retail, or hospitality role.
