Currently seeking a confident and customer-focused Internal Sales Officer to join a dynamic team. Job Description:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Internal Sales Officer provides both internal and external customers with the day-to-day operational support surrounding orders, product information, pricing and associated customer service enquiries.

With an underling objective to achieve and exceed individual sales targets, the Internal Sales Officer will proactively manage an existing portfolio of customers and proactively drive sales initiatives to ensure sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries
  • Provide day-to-day operational support including order processing, product information, pricing, and general customer service
  • Contact existing clients to identify new sales opportunities
  • Respond to customer queries via phone and email
  • Solve problems efficiently and professionally

Skills & Experience

  • Strong phone presence and confidence in verbal communication
  • Excellent written communication for email correspondence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Previous experience in internal sales or customer service preferred

Experience

  • Relevant sales experience – technical related B2B account management (highly desirable)
  • Minimum 1 year in a customer service or internal sales environment

Computer Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office, Intermediate excel

Communication & Language Proficiency

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with others

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $33.70 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Truganina VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
