About the roleWe are seeking a hands on HRBP to lead the HR function, shape culture, and support leadership across the business. This is a full-time role based in the Melbourne South East area.
Responsibilities include:Leading HR operationsOverseeing recruitment partnershipsSupporting managers on performance management and employee relationsEnsuring compliance with employment law and company policiesAnalysing workforce data to guide strategic decision-makingCo ordination of Traineeship administrationStreamlining onboardingBuilding a HR team for future growth
About youProven HR management experience, ideally in construction or industrial sectorsStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsDeep knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesHands-on, proactive, and able to influence at all levels
