In this role, you’ll assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the HR and team’s functions and duties. They will do this by providing a high level of customer service to all customer groups. This role covers all functions of Human Resources from recruitment, policies and procedures, performance management, and employee and industrial relations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the HR inbox and respond to all relevant requests in a timely manner
Conduct compliance audits
Keep HR trackers up to date
Draft onboarding and cross boarding letters and contracts
Make sure all in store/restaurant team movements are captured and tracked
Offboarding of full-time team
HR welcome emails
Team Member birthday and anniversary management
Visa management - conduct VEVO checks and track Visa status of each Team Member
Update and maintain Team Member files
End of probation letters/process
Assist with HR communications to the business including the Newsletter and other ad hoc events
