We are partnering with a globally operating organisation in the life sciences sector to appoint a Head of Human Resources based in Melbourne. This is a senior HR leadership role reporting to the CFO and working closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, with responsibility for leading the HR function across Australia, the United States and Singapore. The role combines strategic leadership with a hands-on approach, supporting organisational growth while driving strong people practices across the business.
