We are partnering with a globally operating organisation in the life sciences sector to appoint a Head of Human Resources based in Melbourne. This is a senior HR leadership role reporting to the CFO and working closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, with responsibility for leading the HR function across Australia, the United States and Singapore. The role combines strategic leadership with a hands-on approach, supporting organisational growth while driving strong people practices across the business. Key responsibilities include: • Leading the global HR strategy aligned with business objectives • Partnering with the executive leadership team on people strategy and organisational design • Managing executive remuneration frameworks including STI and LTI programs • Driving performance management, talent strategy and employee engagement initiatives • Supporting recruitment activities across international teams • Ensuring HR governance aligned with public company standards About the role: • Melbourne based • Hybrid working model – 3 days office / 2 days remote • Global scope across teams in Australia, the US and Singapore • Competitive package Ideal candidate profile: • Senior HR leadership experience (Head of HR / HR Director / CHRO level) • Strong background in executive remuneration, rewards and performance management • Ability to operate both strategically and operationally in a hands-on environment • Experience supporting international teams This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly innovative, globally connected organisation and play a key role in shaping the people strategy at an executive level.
