What you'll do

As a Consultant at Robert Half, you will operate as a true market specialist and trusted advisor. You will own and grow your portfolio with autonomy, commercial discipline and strategic intent.

• Develop and execute a clear market strategy for your vertical
• Drive new business through intelligent, insight-led conversations
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with pace and precision

Who you are

You're an experienced recruiter or B2B sales professional.

You understand margin, pipeline, conversion and long-term account growth. You take pride in running a high-performing desk and building repeat business. You're competitive, but you value collaboration over ego.
