About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to work in our Tullamarine Branch, that is looking to take the next step in their career, you will be given a busy portfolio of clients based in the northern and western suburbs of Melbourne to manage and grow. You will be supported by a team of consultants, with a hands on and experienced management team to ensure that you succeed in the role.

Duties included in the role but not limited to are:

• Managing a portfolio of blue collar industrial clients

• Regular site visits to current clients and prospective clients to maintain, create and strengthen relationships

• Proactively look for opportunities to grow your account portfolio

• Completing face to face interview with potential candidates

• Completing on site inductions

• Working collaboratively with recruitment consultant team members to fill all roles effectively and efficiently
