About the DivisionThe Victorian Public Service (VPS) arm of the Department of Education is a workforce of approximately 5,500. The VPS People Services, Recruitment team forms part of People Strategy and Operations division that provides HR support to 16 portfolios of clients and operates within a high-volume and often deadline-driven environment.
About the RoleReporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will lead and coach a team of 7 recruiters to deliver end-to-end recruitment services in a complex government environment. With a keen eye for continuous improvement, you will support the roll out of a new recruitment model and digital tools, and foster strong stakeholder relationships across the branch and client portfolio.
About YouYou will bring recruitment leadership experience, coupled with a strong understanding of government or similar processes and policies, a data-driven approach, and outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
