At Adore Beauty, we've spent more than two decades building one of Australia's most recognised beauty brands. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our People & Culture team on a 6‑month contract starting ASAP.

This role is focused purely on recruitment and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, loves partnering closely with leaders, and enjoys balancing both strategic hiring and hands‑on delivery.

About the Role

This is a true end‑to‑end recruitment role supporting a broad mix of Support Office hiring across the business, with some exposure to retail recruitment during peak periods and store growth activity. You'll partner closely with leaders to attract, engage and secure high‑quality talent, while ensuring candidates have a seamless experience throughout the process. You'll be joining during an exciting growth period, with plenty of variety, pace and visibility across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across a variety of Support Office roles
  • Provide additional recruitment support for retail hiring activity when required
  • Write and post job advertisements across multiple platforms
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews and manage candidate communication
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and hiring priorities
  • Manage offer processes, contracts and onboarding coordination
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Ensure a high‑quality and consistent candidate experience
  • Support recruitment reporting and broader talent acquisition projects as required
Who You Are

You're an experienced recruiter who enjoys working at pace and building strong relationships across all levels of a business.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience working in both agency recruitment and internal/in‑house talent acquisition roles
  • Experience recruiting within a retail environment
  • Experience recruiting Support Office/head office roles across a variety of functions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
  • A proactive, organised and hands‑on approach
  • Confidence working autonomously while remaining highly collaborative
