We're now looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant with 1-2 years' experience in end-end/360 recruitment, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional talent solutions.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Team Leader, you'll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle while building strong, consultative relationships with clients and candidates.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their recruitment career, develop business development skills, and work within a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end / 360 recruitment across diverse roles and industries
  • Conducting business development activities, including service and sales calls
  • Partnering with clients, ensuring clear and professional interactions to develop detailed, strategic job briefs
  • Crafting compelling job ads, sourcing and placing high-quality candidates
  • Conducting interviews, assessments, reference checks and negotiating offers and managing successful placements
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular engagement, providing market insights and workforce solutions to clients
  • Ensuring compliance and accurate management of recruitment documentation

What You Bring

You're eager to build a successful career in recruitment, thriving in a people-focused environment where outcomes matter. You're confident, commercially aware, and motivated to exceed targets.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources are highly regarded
  • 1-2 years' experience in recruitment ideally within an agency environment or experience selling to new and existing customers
  • A high level of attention to detail, particularly when handling candidate information and compliance processes
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage data accurately and maintain-up-to-date records
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client partnerships
  • A proactive and resilient mindset, with a natural drive to work towards targets, achieve results and follow through on tasks
