Description
- Provide strategic HR advice and support to key stakeholders across the business.
- Lead the implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on performance management and workplace issues.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to identify and address workforce planning needs.
- Support talent acquisition processes, including workforce onboarding and retention strategies.
- Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage complex ER matters and act as a escalation point for people risk across sites
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational standards.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organisational culture.
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- A strong background in human resources, preferably within the logistics and distribution industry.
- Demonstrated experience in providing strategic HR support to senior leaders.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and implementing HR initiatives.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, business, or a related field.
