Kinder Australia is seeking a talented Human Resources Manager to join our team in Braeside. This role will support an exciting and rapidly growing company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of our HR functions, supporting the growth and development of our 35+ employees, and creating a positive work environment. The position is full time and a competitive wage is offered.
Key responsibilities include:
Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with company goals and objectives.
Managing and administering organisational training initiatives - ensuring that staff have access to the training, support, tools and resources required to be effective in their roles.
The implementation of talent attraction, development, retention and succession strategies for the company.
Payroll and payroll related reporting, within Australia and overseas.
Focus on Australian payroll systems with no requirement for international payroll experience.
The ideal candidate would possess:
Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
