Kinder Australia is seeking a talented Human Resources Manager to join our team in Braeside. This role will support an exciting and rapidly growing company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of our HR functions, supporting the growth and development of our 35+ employees, and creating a positive work environment. The position is full time and a competitive wage is offered.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with company goals and objectives.

  • Managing and administering organisational training initiatives - ensuring that staff have access to the training, support, tools and resources required to be effective in their roles.

  • The implementation of talent attraction, development, retention and succession strategies for the company.

  • Payroll and payroll related reporting, within Australia and overseas.

  • Focus on Australian payroll systems with no requirement for international payroll experience.

The ideal candidate would possess:

  • Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.

  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
