About the Role

• Customer Service: Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information on products, pricing, availability and stock levels.
• Sales Support: Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up sales enquiries to ensure customers receive a high level of service.
• Technical Support: Act as the first point of contact for product and technical enquiries, resolving basic queries and escalating more complex matters where required.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with customers and become a trusted point of contact for their day-to-day requirements.
• Career Growth: Opportunity to progress into account management for those looking to further develop their skills and career.
• Location: Full-time, office-based role in Prestons, NSW. Monday to Friday hours with free onsite parking available.

  
About You:

• Experience: Previous experience within the electrical industry, electrical wholesale or a broader wholesale distribution environment is essential
• People Person: Confident communicator with an excellent ability to build rapport
• Team Player: You are easy going and enjoy being part of a tight knit team environment
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using modern technology, software, and systems to streamline processes and support day-to-day operations effectively
• Dynamic: You are excellent at managing your own time and using your initiative to get things done
• Licenses: Current drivers license
• Work rights: Australian/NZ citizen or resident
