As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our professional and friendly team.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic sales-focused role supporting customers, builders, contractors, facility managers, architects, security consultants, and commercial clients across Australia. You will be responsible for managing enquiries, preparing quotations, following up opportunities, and assisting customers throughout the sales process.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of specialised security and infrastructure products, with ongoing support and training provided to develop your product knowledge and sales expertise.
Key ResponsibilitiesManaging inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and website
Preparing quotations and proposals for customers
Following up quotations and sales opportunities to maximise conversion rates
Reviewing project opportunities through EstimateOne and other tender platforms
Assisting with tender submissions and project pricing
Processing sales orders and coordinating with internal departments
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, builders, contractors, consultants, and suppliers
Providing product recommendations and technical information to customers
Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
Supporting the Business Development and Project Sales teams
Previous experience in Internal Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, Estimating, or a similar role
Experience using EstimateOne is highly desirable
Experience within the construction, building products, security, manufacturing, steel fabrication, or infrastructure industries will be highly regarded
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple enquiries and projects simultaneously
High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude
Mandarin-speaking applicants will be highly regarded
