Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager located in Keysborough, VIC. The role involves identifying and sourcing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive market growth. Responsibilities include presenting tailored solutions to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementations. You will also provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and market analysis to support business decisions. QualificationsStrong skills in sales, business development, and client relationship managementExperience with market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planningAbility to communicate effectively, present solutions compellingly, and negotiate contractsProficient in CRM tools and sales performance trackingEntrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving and adaptability skillsProven experience in the food and beverage, technology, or relevant industries is an advantageWillingness to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
