As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to lead and inspire our manufacturing team at our Campbellfield facility.

About the Role:

The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring caravans are built to the highest standard—on time, and with a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the production team across multiple departments (chassis, cabinetry, assembly, etc.)

  • Coordinate workflow to meet production targets and delivery deadlines

  • Monitor quality control processes and implement improvements

  • Maintain a strong focus on WHS compliance and safe work practices

  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to perform at their best

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a production management or supervisory role, ideally in caravan, automotive, or manufacturing sectors

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Ability to manage timelines, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Hands-on approach with a high level of attention to detail

  • Understanding of WHS regulations and safe workplace practices
