About the position

As Mobile Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to customers, to enhance product experience. Reporting into the Technical Service Manager, you will provide Technical Support via phone services, email, CRM system, infield and online.

Your main responsibilities

  • Deliver technical service and support to customers, installers, and partners across Australia and New Zealand, including product setup, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting.

  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email, internal messaging, and online channels, ensuring timely and accurate technical assistance through to resolution.

  • Accurately log and manage support requests within the CRM system.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing clear information, proactive communication, and effective issue resolution.

  • Support warranty assessments and conduct return‑to‑base evaluations as required.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, Production, and Product Management/Development teams to resolve issues and improve service outcomes.

  • Document recurring issues, solutions, and updates to enhance internal knowledge bases.

  • Provide feedback to help improve product reliability, customer experience, and service processes.

  • Deliver technical services and support to OEM manufacturers and regional support agents.

  • Perform minor repair work on specific components, both in the repair centre and occasionally in the field.

A suitable background would be a solid experience with electrical, automotive, marine, RV, solar or mobile power systems – as well as the following qualifications and experiences:

  • Demonstrated experience in the fields of AC /DC electrical, specific to the RV/Automotive industry

  • Understanding of low-voltage DC electrical systems (12V/24V/36V)

  • Electrical qualifications, trade background, or relevant experience/certifications

  • Demonstrated Customer Service and Support Team experience
