We are now entering our next stage of growth - scaling paid performance, increasing retention, expanding internationally, and strengthening our commercial systems.
The Role:
We are seeking a commercially sharp, hands-on Growth & E-commerce Manager to take ownership of performance and revenue execution. You will work directly with the CEO to drive paid performance, email revenue, site optimisation and launch strategy, while remaining hands-on in-platform. You are confident executing campaigns yourself, while building systems that allow the business to scale sustainably.
This is a full-time, office-based role at our Cranbourne West location (no hybrid or remote options).
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & Performance Ownership
Own monthly revenue performance and reporting
Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, AOV and MER
Develop and execute a paid media scaling roadmap
Confidently manage and optimise paid campaigns across channels
Email & CRM
Own email strategy and revenue contribution
Plan and execute campaign calendars aligned to launches
Optimise automated flows and segmentation
Increase email revenue % contribution
Website & E-commerce Execution
Oversee Shopify performance and site merchandising
Create and manage product listings, collections and on-site activations
Improve product page experience and landing page performance
Implement CRO testing and experiments
Launch Planning & Execution
Forecast launch revenue in collaboration with CEO
Build launch campaign structures across paid, email and site
Align marketing activity with inventory and demand
Reporting & Insights
Build and maintain weekly performance dashboards
Present clear insights, recommendations and next actions
Identify growth opportunities and efficiency gaps
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 5+ years experience in e-commerce, performance marketing or growth roles
Has experience managing paid budgets of $70k–$150k+ per month
Has proven experience managing Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta & Google Ads
Has a solid understanding of SEO strategy, including on-page optimisation and keyword research
Is commercially minded with strong analytical skills
Is comfortable in a founder-led, fast-paced environment
Is proactive, accountable and confident making recommendations
