Following a period of growth and market consolidation, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Digital Marketing & Creative Coordinator to support Marketing activities and promotional programs. Developing marketing initiatives that create awareness, appreciation and understanding, as well as strengthen our brand across various segments.
This outstanding opportunity requires a highly organised person to help support and develop brand awareness.
The successful applicant will play a key role in collaborating with stakeholders locally and globally - implementing and coordinating marketing communications and promotions, digital marketing and associated activities. You will be working on a broad range of projects in an environment where people are passionate about what they do.
Key responsibilities will include:
Design and develop marketing collateral and communications including but not limited to all promotional, product, training and point of sale materials, following company brand guidelines
Creating marketing collateral to launch new products including packaging, POS and digital material, promotional activities and trade shows
Assist in developing marketing activities across promotions and social media
Provide marketing assistance to management and sales team as required
Manage and maintain website and social media platforms
Coordinate the development, delivery and analysis of all digital communications
Assist with research and maintenance of marketing intelligence
Maintain and update CRM with key marketing and communications activities and information
Assist with trademark and other approvals
The ideal candidate will possess the following key knowledge, skills and experience.
Industry experience in a similar role within a B2B environment
Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Creativity, uses initiative, attention to detail and works proactively
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) are essential with the capability to produce print and digital files. Additional skills in video editing, After Effects/Premiere pro are highly desirable
Advanced computer applications knowledge & experience inclusive of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to work under pressure with strong problem solving, organisational and time management skills
Demonstrated experience with the development and maintenance of digital channels to market including upgrading of website (WordPress CMS), leveraging of social media platforms and email/e-commerce marketing campaigns
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications (essential) & Digital Marketing (highly desired)
As a vital member of the sales and marketing team, the role will support the sales & key account functions as required.
