About the Role

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Property Management team
• Drive business growth and identify new portfolio opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client and investor relationships
• Convert warm leads generated by the sales team
• Oversee daily operations, KPIs, budgets, and department performance
• Implement process improvements and ensure legislative compliance
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to deliver growth initiatives

About You

• Qualified with an Agent’s Representative Certificate
• 2–5+ years’ experience in real estate/property management
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven, strategic, and highly client-focused

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous Property Management experience
• A current Certificate of Registration is essential
• A valid driver's license
• Strong Communication and organisation skills are a MUST 
• BDM Experience 
• Previous experience using Property ME software advantageous
