The Role
This is a full-time, hands-on role combining new business development, quoting, client relationship management and project management in office located in Carrum Downs.

You'll manage warm inbound enquiries while also proactively driving new business through networking, exhibitions, referrals and industry relationships.

  • Generally the role will be 3-4 days of Sales administration and 1-2 days new business development

  • Your week will typically include one to two days out visiting clients

  • The remainder of your time will be in the office preparing quotes, responding to client enquiries and project management.

You Have
• 3 years experience in sales administration and love new business development, client relationship management and account management.
• Strong experience preparing detailed quotes.
• Confidence converting warm opportunities into long-term clients.
• A positive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Strong organisation and follow-through.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• A team-first approach suited to a small, family-run business.

This is a role for someone who values relationships, teamwork and doing things right the first time.

Responsibilities:
* Managing new business enquiries via the company website, email and inbound sales channels

*Proactively generating new business through outbound sales, prospecting and business development activities (beyond warm leads)

*Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective account management and relationship management

* Attending client meetings, site visits and sales appointments across Melbourne and regional Victoria

* Preparing accurate, detailed and client-ready quotations, proposals and pricing documentation

* Managing the end-to-end sales process, from initial enquiry through to conversion and handover

* Representing the business at industry exhibitions, trade shows and networking events to drive new opportunities

* Acting as the primary point of contact, keeping clients informed throughout their project journey

*Working collaboratively within a small, friendly, sales and account management team

*Occasional interstate travel may be required.
