Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid role located in the Greater Melbourne Area for an Ecommerce Coordinator. The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing and optimising the online store, analysing sales data, improving customer experiences, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date, and supporting sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining smooth online operations, collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth, and assisting the customer service team to ensure a high level of satisfaction with the platform. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end product listing processes, including creation, optimisation, and uploading to ecommerce platforms in accordance with brand guidelinesExecute promotional campaigns in accordance with the marketing calendar to drive conversion and sales performanceManage and merchandise landing pages across the website, applying SEO best practices and leveraging commercial data insightsProvide support to the customer service team in resolving specific product and technical inquiriesAudit the website regularly and raise any bugs & user frictions with the development teamSupport website optimisation initiatives and enhancement projectsAssist in driving channel growth, including subscription and loyalty programPrepare and deliver weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations for website improvements Required Qualifications1-2 years of professional experience in ecommerce or digital retail environmentsExceptional attention to detail with strong quality assurance capabilitiesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google WorkspaceFoundational understanding of ecommerce platforms (Shopify experience is advantageous); demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systemsSuperior organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong visual acumen for evaluating image quality and content effectivenessGenuine passion for pet care and animal welfareSelf-directed work style with ability to collaborate effectively in team environmentsAdaptability and eagerness to master new software applications and digital tools Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience with Shopify platform managementWorking knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimisation strategiesProficiency with image editing applications (Canva, Figma, or equivalent)Experience managing product data feeds and CSV file manipulationFamiliarity with pet products, veterinary recommendations, or the pet retail sectorExperience with project management and collaboration platforms (Notion, Slack, or similar) What We OfferCompetitive salary package commensurate with experienceHybrid work arrangement offering flexibility between working from home and our pet-friendly office in BrightonGenerous employee discounts on premium pet productsProfessional development opportunities and comprehensive ecommerce trainingCollaborative and supportive team cultureCareer growth opportunities within an expanding company in the pet wellness industry To ApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you're interested in joining our team and what you love most about pets.
