About the role

Techie International College is seeking a talented and driven Marketing & Welfare Officer to join our vibrant team. In this full-time role based in Broadmeadows, VIC, you will play a key part in promoting our college's programs and ensuring the wellbeing of our students.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to attract prospective students

• Manage the college's social media channels and website content to raise brand awareness

• Coordinate and participate in student recruitment events and open days

• Provide pastoral care and support to current students, addressing their academic, personal and welfare needs

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and address student issues or concerns

• Maintain accurate student records and documentation

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the college's marketing and welfare initiatives

What we're looking for

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field

• 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or student support role, preferably in an education setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders

• Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail

• Proficiency in social media marketing and digital content creation

• Empathy and a genuine passion for supporting student wellbeing

• Knowledge of the Australian education system and regulatory requirements
