Your Role
We’re now looking for a proactive and highly organised Marketing Co‑ordinator to join our ANZ team. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role supporting day‑to‑day marketing delivery across digital, events, content, collateral, analytics and general admin. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, love juggling multiple tasks and enjoy working in a collaborative team; this role is for you.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Manage samples, brochures and physical marketing collateral
• Support trade shows & architectural events—prep, logistics, on‑site coordination
• Capture and process leads (Salesforce, HubSpot, BIMObject, LeadManager)
• Create and schedule social, email and website content
• Maintain website pages and basic SEO hygiene
• Help run campaigns, eDMs and marketing workflows
• Raise & receipt purchase orders and support admin tasks  

What You’ll Bring
You will thrive in this role if you are organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities. You enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering high‑quality work.  

• Experience in a marketing support role; ideally in building materials, construction or architectural sectors
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing platforms (HubSpot)
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
