We’re looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Digital Marketing & Content Creator to bring our pet travel stories to life across our website and social channels. This role is ideal for someone who is both a strong SEO content writer and a strategic social content planner who can execute engaging campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

What you will be doing

· Create high-quality, SEO-optimised website content (blogs, landing pages, FAQs, guides)

· Plan, create and publish social media content across Facebook, Instagram and other digital channels

· Execute content calendars and campaigns aligned to business objectives

· Support digital strategy and brand positioning across customer touchpoints

· Analyse website and social performance and provide reporting and insights

· Ensure all content reflects the Jetpets brand, purpose and customer journey

You’ll also support broader marketing activities, including:

· Assisting with events and brand initiatives as required

· Assist with digital and administrative tasks including eDM builds, website updates and campaign tracking

· Support the Brand Specialist in executing our digital and social strategy, including SEO planning and coordination with our agency and in house IT team

· Online customer review monitoring and response coordination for Trustpilot, Google etc

· General marketing reporting and collaboration with our teams across Australia and New Zealand

About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for showcasing our pet transport experiences and adventures through compelling content and digital storytelling. You love animals, are a creative thinker with strong attention to detail, and enjoy collaborating with customer service and operational teams to create meaningful and engaging content for prospective clients.

We’re looking for candidates with:

· Qualifications or certificates in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

· 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, content creation and social media marketing

· Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram, content formats and audience engagement

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

· Experience working with website CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Mailchimp)

· Sound knowledge of SEO principles and experience working with SEO agencies or keyword research tools

· Confidence using analytics tools (GA4, Meta Insights, etc.) to inform content and campaign decisions

· Basic knowledge of creating digital assets, with familiarity in tools such as Canva

· Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point

· Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders

· A proactive, curious mindset and willingness to learn and grow

· Passion for pets and customer-centric brands
