We're looking for a Software Developer & Product Integration Specialist with a minimum of 5 years experience, to join the Prima PMI support team on a Full-Time basis. If you are experienced in the Print Manufacturing Industry, we'd love to hear from you!

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience within the Print Manufacturing Industry

  • Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (production, engineers, procurement…) to help them, help you be successful

  • Strong analytical skills to identify areas of improvement

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

  • Ability to develop and maintain internal web applications using PHP (Laravel framework) and SQL.

  • Ability to support and maintain both in-house developed systems and integrations with external platforms.

  • Ability to contribute to codebase quality and documentation.

  • Ability to configure and integrate new print-on-demand products into the production ecosystem. As well as create artwork impositions by mapping customer artworks to internal print templates.

  • Ability to monitor critical software systems for errors, downtime, or unusual behaviour and supports the ongoing health and performance of databases and servers.

  • Problem solving and critical thinking – ability to realise innovative solutions

  • Team Player – able to work with peers, balance competing priorities and get a positive outcome

Experience in the following technical environments is preferred:

  • Languages & Frameworks: PHP, Laravel, JavaScript

  • Databases: MySQL / Postgres / SQL Server

  • Infrastructure: Windows, Linux, AWS

  • Version Control: Git

  • Other Tools: API integration using JSON and XML
