BOCA Gelato is the creation of Award Winning Chef Adam D'Sylva & gelato master Monika Frkovic. We are currently on the hunt for a casual front of house staff member!

 The position comes with an expectation of good customer service, enthusiasm, and the ability to maintain the highest quality of standards Boca is known for. 

 All Boca gelato is created and churned in store by our artisan chefs for the best quality, and customer satisfaction. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Great customer service 

• Scooping gelato correctly maintaining a consistent product

• Ensuring open and shut procedures are carried out correctly 

• Knowledge of all dietary information regarding the products in the shop for sale

• Assisting with packaging of products and ensuring the kitchen is clean and tidy

• Maintaining gelato and sale item levels in the shop 

• Ensuring the store displays are full, dust free and looking good at all times 

• The windows are clean at the front of the shop

• Addressing general cleanliness of indoor and outdoor seating areas

• Understanding and identifying common risk or hazards in the shop and reporting them accordingly 

• Follow and maintain a cleaning schedule, recording temperatures

• Effective restocking of gelato elements with in the shop. Eg: cups, cones, takeaway tubs, etc
