PLEGA is an Australian-owned assistive technology and care solutions company with over 40 years of experience supporting people living with disability, ageing Australians, and individuals with complex care needs.

We work closely with NDIS participants, aged care clients, Occupational Therapists, and funding bodies to deliver high-quality assistive technology that improves independence and everyday living.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a relationship-driven professional to strengthen our presence within allied health and funding networks.

About the Role

This is a Business Development–focused position centred on:

  • Funding providers
  • Occupational Therapists
  • Allied health professionals
  • Care coordinators and assessors

Your priority will be building trusted referral relationships and positioning PLEGA as a preferred assistive technology partner.

While relationship development is core, the role also includes active involvement in:

  • Direct client sales (private and self-funded)
  • Funding-based sales (NDIS, Home Care Packages and similar pathways)

You will guide clients through equipment selection, support funding processes, and help convert referrals into completed outcomes.

About You

  • Strong relationship-builder with professional confidence
  • Comfortable engaging clinicians and funding bodies
  • Organised and consistent in follow-up
  • Commercially aware and capable of closing appropriately
  • Experience in disability, aged care or healthcare highly regarded

You understand that sustainable growth in this sector is built on trust and reliability — not aggressive selling.
