What You’ll Do

• Hunt new business and grow sales with existing customers
• Own your pipeline – prospect, follow up, drive momentum and build loyalty
• Work closely with internal support so you can stay focused on customers
• Make the calls, drive the deals and take control of your territory
• Represent Couta across Greater Melbourne, with some regional VIC and occasional interstate travel

About You

• Plumbing supply or wholesale experience (essential)
• High energy, high trust - you connect fast and follow through  
• A genuine hunter mindset – proactive, persistent and always on the front foot
• A natural relationship-builder who knows how to sell without the spin  
• Proactive, organised, self-driven, and always up for a challenge  
• A current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
