Cahill Transport is a well-established Australian transport and logistics company with a strong national presence. We are seeking an IT Support & Systems Analyst to join our team and help support the systems and technology that keep our operations running smoothly.
Based at Head Office, this role is the key point of contact for IT support across the business, assisting users, maintaining systems, and supporting ongoing technology improvements.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing first-line IT support across the organisation.
Managing and resolving IT incidents with internal teams and external IT providers.
Installing and configuring hardware, software and user accounts.
Supporting system upgrades, testing and improvements.
Troubleshooting technical issues and minimising operational disruption.
Delivering basic user guidance and system training.
Additional Software Training and User onboarding.
Maintaining clear IT support documentation.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in an IT Support / Help Desk / Systems role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of IT systems, hardware and software support.
Qualification in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
Excellent communication and a strong customer service mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
