We are hiring a proven logistics BDM to drive national growth across big & bulky consumer delivery, two-man last-mile services, and 3PL fulfilment for e-commerce brands.

About the Business

We operate a fast-scaling, tech-enabled logistics platform delivering:

• Big & bulky consumer delivery (two-man teams)
• Last-mile e-commerce solutions
• 3PL fulfilment and warehousing

The Role

This is a pure new business acquisition role.

You will own the full sales cycle and build a national pipeline targeting e-commerce retailers that need scalable logistics solutions.

You will:

• Prospect aggressively into e-commerce and retail sectors
• Win big & bulky and two-man delivery contracts
• Sell complex 3PL and fulfilment solutions
• Close enterprise and mid-market logistics deals
• Build a high-value recurring revenue portfolio
• Work directly with leadership on commercial strategy
• Drive revenue in a business expanding rapidly

• Proven track record winning new logistics business
• Experience selling big & bulky, 3PL, or last-mile delivery
• Strong hunter mindset with elite closing ability
• Confidence selling to founders, operations leaders, and executives

• History of exceeding revenue targets

Salary & Earnings

Very strong base salary plus car allowance and uncapped commission.
