As we continue to grow, we are now seeking applicants for the role of Digital Marketing Specialist.
About the Role
Reporting to the Brand Director, this position will be responsible for overseeing the digital marketing strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization across all owned, paid, and earned marketing channels, in order to drive the Mizuno brand and commercial business forward in Oceania. This role will work across all key product categories – with a heavy focus on sport categories (Running, Golf, Football, and Credibility Sports).
Responsibilities include:
DIGITAL MARKETING
Lead & development of our digital activation strategy, KPIs, and annual plan with the Brand Director.
Oversee key digital workstreams: CRM, Loyalty, Search, Social, On-site, Affiliates, and Paid Media.
Create, adapt, and deploy brand and product content across all channels.
Collaborate with e-commerce marketing to drive sales activity.
Own and manage digital budgets; report and analyse channel performance monthly.
BRAND MARKETING
Support overall brand strategy with focus on digital activation channels.
Execute brand and product campaigns from brief to optimization.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communications.
Manage relationships with external agency partners.
About You
Tertiary qualification in marketing, business or similar preferred
Passion for sport is highly regarded
Previous Digital Marketing background (2-3 years), within an established brand or agency
Experience with Adobe design software preferred, but not mandatory
A proven ability to think creatively and commercially
Ability to delegate and work in a team environment and across all aspects of the marketing division when required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Initiative and forward thinking
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
Attend weekend events when required
