About the Role:

Come & join the production team in our well established branch in Strathfield South. We offer a conducive and efficient working environment for individuals looking to contribute to our dynamic team.

This Production Supervisor position is based on day shift only.

The role of Production Supervisor is responsible for the day to day leadership of the production team including:

• Allocating work to team members to meet the requirements of the production schedule
• Monitoring production demands and completing records/reports as required
• Monitoring the performance of team members and addressing issues as required
• Ensuring safety requirements are adhered to
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are being adhered to
• Monitoring product quality and taking action as required
• Liaising with production Team Leaders to ensure daily schedules are met

You will enjoy interacting with other people regularly and pride yourself on representing Alsco Uniforms with customers and the community. You will also be used to meeting and exceeding performance targets set for your role.

To be successful as a Production Supervisor with Alsco, you will need the following skills and experience:

• Extensive experience in a production environment
• Experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor
• Strong people management and mentoring skills - both permanent and contractors
• A passion for Safety, (AS 4801) and OHS principles
• Personal accountability for your activities and successes
• Excellent presentation and communication skills

While previous commercial/industrial laundry experience will be highly regarded, it is not essential for this role.
