Chisholm is seeking an experienced Senior Development Specialist for our Cambodia project team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Development Specialist your key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive national marketing strategy for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs. And oversee social media, promotional materials, events and stakeholder engagement campaigns.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure marketing initiatives and activities align with Cambodian TVET standards and expectations.
  • Provide strategic advice on branding and positioning of TVET in Cambodia and internationally.
  • Train lead trainers and institutional staff on stakeholder engagement and promotion practices.
  • Measure and report on effectiveness of marketing activities to government, donors and industry.

ABOUT YOU

You are a highly motivated individual with significant senior leadership experience in TVET and education sector reform and extensive experience in Marketing and Campaigns development.

You have demonstrated expertise in international project management with relevant sectors, strong leadership and supervisory capability across multicultural teams, are recognised as a principal specialist in TVET reform with ability to provide authoritative advice and have excellent written and spoken English.

Qualifications required for the role

  • Postgraduate degree in Marketing or related discipline.

Eligibility

The successful candidate:

  • Must be able to travel freely and intermittently to Cambodia and are willing to obtain a passport that is valid for the entire duration of the contracted period plus six months.
  • Are required to work in Cambodia for a negotiated time fraction between 0.3 and 0.7FTE.
