In This Role, You Will
Manage a Daily Sales Pipeline
Own a consistent flow of warm SME leadsFollow up daily, update CRM, and keep momentum movingProvide daily pipeline updates to leadership
Build Trusted Client Relationships
Run structured intro and discovery callsUnderstand client operations, challenges, and workforce gapsLiaise closely with Talent Acquisition and Operations to align solutions
Turn Discovery into Real Solutions
Scope workforce needs to create role briefs and position descriptions that Talent Acquisition will use to source talentDevelop tailored managed service solutionsPrepare and present proposalsEnsure solutions are commercially sound and operationally feasible
