Based in our Moorabbin office, your role involves maintaining and supporting relationships with existing distributors while identifying and cultivating new accounts across VIC and Tasmania. You will be the key direct sales contact, responsible for designing and executing effective communication strategies to positively position Rheem products in the market. Responsibilities Maintain and support relationships with existing distributorsAchieve growth in the distribution network by identifying and cultivating new accountsAct as the key direct sales contact for targeted accountsDesign and execute communication strategies for positive market positioningConduct direct representation via agreed call plans to individual targetsEngage in discussions with decision-makers and specifiers on sales, contractual, technical, and application levelsProvide high-quality written and verbal presentations of project characteristics and product solutionsTrack all sales-related contacts, leads, and referrals using CRM softwareContribute to the Marketing Plan, particularly the Distribution PlanProvide market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, and market feedbackOffer timely and accurate design and application advice to customersTrain trade distributors, industry suppliers, and consultants in Rheem productsExhibit products at trade exhibitions to maintain a high brand profile About You To be successful in this role you will have; Technical field experience or a trade qualification.Experience in a Technical Sales role within the Plumbing, HVAC or swimming pool industryExcellent oral and written communication skills on both commercial and technical mattersProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteVIC Drivers licence How To Apply If this sounds like your next career opportunity, click “Apply Now” to submit your application.
